Indobev was founded with a simple belief — that Indian spirits, made with genuine craftsmanship and international quality standards, deserve a place on the global stage.
From our manufacturing base in Goa, we develop, produce and export a portfolio of whisky, brandy, rum, gin and vodka brands, each built around a distinctive liquid, story and design.
Today, that portfolio is finding its way into new markets across India, the Middle East and Africa — supported by a growing network of distribution partners and a leadership team with decades of combined experience across beverages, trade and operations.

Raj Kumar T. P.
FOUNDER & CEOAn entrepreneur and beverage industry professional with over two decades of experience developing, manufacturing and exporting alcoholic beverage brands across India and international markets. An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode.
As Founder & CEO of Indobev, Raj has been involved across the entire value chain — from brand conceptualisation and regulatory approvals to manufacturing, supply chain, international distribution and market development.
His focus is on building commercially viable, scalable brands and long-term partnerships, with particular expertise in spirits brand development, export markets, route-to-market strategy and emerging-market opportunities.
Saj Viswanathan
CO-FOUNDERAn accomplished entrepreneur and maritime industry leader with extensive experience building and managing international marine service operations.
As Founder & CEO of Bluebird Group, he built a diversified maritime services organisation supporting global shipping and trade across the Middle East, India, Africa and Singapore — spanning port agency, clearance, marine services and technical support.
He brings to Indobev valuable experience in entrepreneurship, international business, operations, strategic leadership and emerging-market development.
Jyothi Balan
DIRECTORA seasoned aviation operations leader with over 25 years of international experience in managing complex airport, hub and freighter operations across the Middle East and global aviation networks.
He has held senior operational roles in the aviation industry, developing extensive expertise in network control, operational resilience, crisis management, risk management and strategic decision-making in high-pressure environments.
He holds an MBA and brings strong experience in leadership, business and operational governance, performance management, stakeholder coordination and organisational development, with a proven ability to align operational excellence with broader organisational objectives.
Mr. Balan brings to the Board of Indo Pacific Beverages valuable international experience in leadership, governance, risk management, strategic decision-making and organisational development, supporting the company’s continued growth and long-term objectives.
